CERAMIC CLAY: An ancient material that is still common today for making dishes and other containers, as well as decorative items.
FOR ADULTS: Potters wheel classes are $35 and include the first firing, but not glazing. On the first day you throw and the second day you learn how to trim and prepare for firing. Hand-building classes depend upon the size of the project, but are generally $20 per person and do not include glazing.
FOR KIDS: Hand-building classes start at $10; Potters wheel classes are $25. All classes are 1 to 1.5 hours and include glazing and firing. Group classes for hand-building are available for groups of 10 or more with a discount. Call 488-0889 for information.
POLYMER CLAY: Create anything from vases to holiday decorations using a proven system that you will simply love!
FOR ADULTS: Adult classes are the cost of the clay plus $5.
FOR KIDS: Polymer clay classe are priced by the project and include the clay and cooking the clay. Classes start at $15. Groups of over 10 children can be done with a discount.
